Worship Strategies is a project that helps music ministry teams create long-term, lasting success in their work. Our job is to equip, enhance, and empower your team to reach their fullest potential in musicianship, discipleship, and management within your program. Our services include:

– In-person and virtual coaching/training for instrumentalists, singers, and leaders.

– Organization management advice, including service planning, discipleship frameworks, continuous improvement, and more.

– Educational content, including print, video, audio, and other streaming materials.

The cool thing?

Worship Strategies doesn’t charge for services provided—our mission is to serve churches that are under-staffed, under-resourced, and looking for affordable, high-value solutions for the problems they face. Churches are made aware of the value Worship Strategies provides, and are encouraged to donate if possible, but ultimately, we don’t leave churches with a bill.

The rest of our funding is made possible through people like you, who are passionate about caring for and sowing into the local church—especially those churches who face financial barriers that prevent them from tackling the hard stuff and building strength in their work.
