Dromos

A formation and deployment organization helping believers live as though the Gospel is true in the ordinary places where they work, lead, parent, and compete.

The life we are built for

Many believers carry a quiet ache they have never had language for. Faith sits in one part of life. Work, marriage, friendships, and ambitions run by their own logic, largely disconnected from what is confessed on Sunday. The Gospel has been received. It has not yet reached the texture of an ordinary Tuesday.

These are not people in crisis. They are high-achieving, relationally engaged, long-churched, and sincerely faithful. They are also hungry for something they have not been able to name, and they have not found a place where the formation they sense they need becomes possible.

A founder in her mid-forties runs a company of sixty people. Her marriage is good. She has attended the same church for eleven years and cannot remember the last time she talked about Jesus with anyone who works for her. She knows her culture is drifting and that she is the one drifting it. She does not know who to say that to. She is somewhere between examination and reordering, and she has no one helping her name it.

Dromos was built for her, and for the many people whose lives look like hers from the outside.

What Dromos does

Dromos identifies believers with native credibility in specific cultural environments, forms them in whole-life discipleship through sustained community, and sends them back to steward the influence already present where they live and work. The name is the Greek word the Apostle Paul uses for the course set before a believer, the lane God has assigned them to run. The work is to help people walk that course with integrity, all the way to the end.

The work takes shape in three environments where the divided life is most acutely felt. Wellness and Fitness, where gyms and training communities form identity as much as bodies. Coaching, where the trusted adults in a young person’s week carry an influence few other figures ever match. Mission Advancement, where founders and senior leaders of mission-driven companies, ministries, and schools work to build cultures that match what they actually believe. Dromos Basketball, a faith-based athlete development program for boys in grades three through twelve, launches in 2026 as the live anchor of our Coaching work.

How formation actually happens

Dromos forms people across eight movements that name what whole-life discipleship requires. Discover the course God has entrusted to you. Examine the walk. Reorder the life. Practice the way. Integrate the person. Embody the calling in your actual station. Send the steward. Sustain the course to its end. These are not stages a participant climbs and leaves behind. They are returned to across years, at greater depth, as the station deepens and the obedience costs more.

The containers are small discipleship groups, intensive cohorts, leader formation engagements, and consulting partnerships with institutions ready to align what they say they believe with how they actually operate. Formation happens in real environments, carried by people who have lived in those environments and earned the right to speak there. The measure is what happens on a Monday morning when a formed believer walks back into the world they came from.

How to partner with us

Dromos is in its founding season. The philosophy is established, the first engagements are underway, and the founding community is being built now. If what you have read here recognizes someone you know, including yourself, we would welcome the conversation. Partners come into this work as participants, institutional clients, prayer partners, founding donors, and board members. Every category is being shaped in this first year.

Formation. Deployment. Faithful presence.

Dromos exists to help believers become whole and to send them back into the environments they already inhabit as faithful, Gospel-shaped stewards. The Gospel is too beautiful, too costly, and too true to remain only believed. It must be lived, all the way to the end of the course.
