THE PRIMARY MISSION OF CHRIST HOPE IS TO PROVIDE A CARING CHRISTIAN HOME AND TO FEED HUNGRY ORPHANS:

My name is Liton Das and this is a story about orphans during coronavirus. I live in a rural village in the Satkhira District of Bangladesh.

I need help to care for the orphaned children in my care during this coronavirus pandemic. Without funding the children can’t have a regular and healthy diet.  I need people to pray for the children and to ask God to supply for their needs.

The Christian families in our village have sheltered these precious children in their homes, because these orphans were homeless street children from many villages and they had no permanent place to stay.

Bangladesh is a poor country with many orphans. I have gone from village to village to collect them and provide for them. I am looking for gifts from Christians to help me with the 40 children in my care. Because of coronavirus there are many problems in my country and my orphans don’t eat enough.

SPIRITUAL NEEDS PROVIDED:

I teach the children the Words of Jesus and the Bible. The purpose of my life is to lead children to the path of light shown by Jesus and build them up as disciples of Jesus. I want to create a special place for my orphaned children and create a safe world where they can study the Bible and grow in godliness.

There is no church in our village, so we sit under the open sky, pray, sing and listen to the Word of God. My 40 orphaned children are all receptive to the Holy Spirit of Jesus and they love to praise God!

HOW YOU CAN HELP:

You can send financial gifts to help feed and clothe the children.  One time gifts or recurring monthly gifts will be a blessing to our ongoing work.  We need about $150/week to feed 40 children.  Special gifts or regular monthly giving will provide “daily bread” for these needy orphans.  Additional gifts can provide new shoes and clothes for children (about $8 to $10 needed per child).
