Mission Statement: The Christian ERG Network facilitates relationships, activities, and events that help grow Christian Employee Resource Groups in large companies, toward an increasing level of flourishing of employees, companies, and communities for God’s glory.
Vision Statement: Flourishing employees, companies, and communities facilitated by an increase of good work for God’s glory.
Objectives:
○ Grow the number of companies that have Christian employee groups/ERGs
○ Grow the number of employees engaged with Christian employee groups/ERGs
○ Encourage increase in intercompany and intracompany employee group interactions
○ Help raise awareness of CERGs and related resources
○ Mobilize prayer for companies and related employees, customers, vendors, etc.
○ See positive trends in faith stats
○ See positive trends in faith & work integration
