Every church is full of gifts God has already given. Your gifts help a church see them and activate them more meaningfully.
Walk into any local church on a Sunday and you are looking at everything that church needs to thrive. The teachers, the leaders, the servants, the builders are already in the seats. Most of them have simply never been asked, and most pastors have no way to see who is ready.
An activation changes that. Every person is asked, directly, about their gifts and the season they are in. The pastor sees the whole congregation clearly. People step into roles that fit who they are, and leaders begin developing other leaders. The result is a healthier, more vibrant, more sustainable local church, and a congregation of people who finally feel seen.
Activations are delivered by Unseen Church, the team that built the Fund and walks each church through the process. Plenty of faithful churches want this work and cannot yet spare the budget. The Church Activation Fund closes that gap.
A hand up, not a handout
Where a church is able, it contributes a share and leads its own follow-through. What you fund is a church that carries the work forward on its own strength. Fund your own church, or one matched to your gift on need. Every funded church is real, named, and confirmed before a dollar moves.
What your gift makes possible
A gift of $2,500 fully activates one local church. $5,000 activates two churches, or takes one church deeper into leadership development. $10,000 funds a cluster of churches activated together, or one church’s complete pathway. $25,000 funds a regional cohort with leaders developed across it. Each of these gifts fully funds a church and receives its own impact report: what your gift discovered, activated, and multiplied, in the church’s own numbers and its own words. Outcomes and testimony only; it includes no names and no member’s personal data.
How to give
Checks and donor-advised fund grants reach the Fund with the lowest fees, so we recommend them, especially for larger gifts. Checks: payable to Christian Ministry Alliance, memo Fund #FS3244, P.O. Box 83227, Chicago, IL 60691-0227. Online giving is available on this page; you can choose to cover the processing fee on the form.

Our Programs & Who We Serve
Local churches, and the three groups of people inside them.
Pastors who see their people every Sunday and have no way to see the season each one is in. An activation gives a pastor the whole congregation clearly, and structure to follow through.
Congregants who have gifts, skills, and a willingness to serve that no one has ever asked about. Being asked directly is, for many, the first time they have felt seen by their church.
Leaders who are not yet leading. Every congregation holds people ready to carry more. Activation finds them, places them, and develops them into leaders who develop others.
Churches are chosen on need: they want the work, are ready to lead it, and cannot yet fund it. Churches apply directly at unseenchurch.com/apply, and every one is verified by a call before it is placed on the list.
Pray with us
Pray for the first churches the Fund activates: that the people who step forward would be met with real places to serve, and that their pastors would be strengthened by finally seeing the whole room.
Pray for pastors carrying more than they can see, that this would be a season of relief and multiplication rather than another program.
Pray for the donors God is preparing: people who want to fund something that keeps going after the gift, and who would see their generosity as a hand up for a church.
