What is a Paterson LifePlan?

Created by legendary strategist Tom Paterson, the LifePlan is an intensive, 2-day personal retreat designed to help leaders gain total clarity on where they are, where they are going, and how to get there. Following the 2-day retreat, leaders receive 6 months of ongoing coaching to ensure successful implementation. It is a comprehensive blueprinting process that examines every dimension of a leader’s world—personal, professional, spiritual, family, and physical.
