The R.E.F.U.G.E. Network™ is the flagship initiative of Farm Raised Faith America™. FRFA is dedicated to creating a just, local, and resilient agricultural system. We are a systemic replacement for a fractured industrial food model, actively working to address the consolidation of the centralized beef supply by bridging the heritage farm-fresh food gap for our most vulnerable neighbors.
Our model is built on equitable access, prioritizing veterans, seniors, and rural K-12 students whom the modern centralized food economy has overlooked. We operate as the connective tissue in a decentralized circular economy that keeps agricultural resources localized. Our “local stays local” mandate restores power to rural communities.
Because we activate existing independent infrastructure rather than building new facilities, our model can seamlessly and rapidly scale across state lines, connecting local key partners to ensure high-quality, sustainably raised protein flows directly to our community at absolutely no cost to the recipients.
Through our proprietary asset-light logistics network, we bypass broken supply chains. We are currently activating our alpha node in Northwest Oklahoma to serve as a scalable blueprint for the entire historic Route 81 corridor (Chisholm Trail), from Texas to North Dakota.
This model has already garnered state-level recognition. As the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food and Forestry (ODAFF) recently noted in their official support of our network, utilizing locally raised protein to feed local communities serves to “improve the quality of life for citizens and lay the building blocks for strong economic development.” By establishing true scalable food sovereignty, we ensure that our communities and our regional family farms can sustain themselves with dignity, equity, and resilience.
Our Programs & Who We Serve
Our network utilizes a highly efficient 92/8 financial ratio, ensuring the maximum volume of heritage protein bypasses retail markups and flows directly to our target demographics entirely free of charge:
- Veterans & Veteran Families: We serve those who have sacrificed for our nation by ensuring they have reliable, zero-cost access to the high-density, heritage farm-raised protein required to maintain health, food security, and dignity.
- Seniors: We serve our elders in systemically underserved communities. By providing nutrient-dense beef at no cost—meeting the latest USDA dietary guidelines for aging populations—we completely eliminate the “medical trade-off,” ensuring seniors never have to choose between paying for life-saving medication and buying quality nutrition.
- K-12 Students (The School Protein Initiative): We serve the next generation. By supplying the highest-cost item (premium protein) to school lunch programs at zero cost to the district, we enable schools to reallocate their budgets toward other local farm products. This effectively doubles a school’s local purchasing power and guarantees equitable access to premium nutrition.
- Independent Land Stewards: We serve independent ranchers along the multi-state Route 81 Corridor by providing a direct, reliable, and fair-market channel for their heritage cattle. Our model provides critical economic stabilization to ensure the survival of the regional family farm.
