Our Programs & Who We Serve

Open Gate Foundation serves orphaned and vulnerable children (OVC) by providing holistic care, education, and protection. We support OVC guardians through training and microfinance projects, and partner with local community groups who understand their needs. We also establish safe spaces and mentorship programs for academic and spiritual growth.

In community health, we train Community Health Volunteers (CHVs) to deliver essential health services, promote HIV/AIDS awareness, and conduct health education campaigns on hygiene, nutrition, and maternal care, all in collaboration with local partners.

Our enterprise and empowerment program offers skills training, microfinance, and savings programs like SILC, with a focus on women’s empowerment. We work with local communities to promote financial independence through self-help groups, business mentorship, and sustainable agriculture initiatives.

We advocate for the rights and inclusion of persons with disabilities (PWDs), facilitating access to assistive devices, education, and vocational training. We partner with schools and organizations to ensure inclusive environments.

Our education support programs provide scholarships, school fees support, learning materials, and after-school mentorship programs. We work with local community groups to support underprivileged children.

In discipleship and evangelism, we conduct community outreach to share the Gospel, organize discipleship training, Bible study groups, and prayer meetings, and equip local churches with leadership resources, partnering with local faith communities.

Our leadership and governance training promotes servant leadership, peace-building, and reconciliation through workshops and forums. We advocate for human rights, social justice, and ethical governance in collaboration with local leaders.

We offer social welfare and support programs, including grief support, emergency relief, and support for widows and single parents, working with local groups to meet community needs.

Our youth and sports development programs engage young people in mentorship, sports, and vocational training. We collaborate with local communities to promote moral values, leadership, and personal development.

In environmental conservation, we encourage tree planting, waste management, and sustainable farming. We partner with local government and groups to promote environmental awareness and responsible use of natural resources.

We conduct research and advocate for policy changes to benefit vulnerable populations. We offer volunteer and partnership opportunities, collaborating with local and international organizations to enhance our impact through fundraising and awareness campaigns.
