Learn More About Us

Pastor’s Heart Foundation exists to restore the role of pastors as frontline caregivers to the heart, soul, and emotional well-being of people.

The Foundation was born from the calling and conviction of Pastor Lloyd Griffin, who saw a growing gap between people in need and pastors equipped to care for them. For generations, pastors were the first place people turned in seasons of crisis, grief, and confusion. Today, many pastors still carry that burden—but lack the resources, infrastructure, and support to provide care at scale.

At the same time, modern systems often separate faith from emotional care, leaving pastors sidelined and people underserved. Pastor’s Heart Foundation was created to change that by equipping, supporting, and deploying pastors to provide Christ-centered care—while partnering with licensed professionals when clinical support is needed.

Our focus is simple: empower pastors to do what they are already called to do—walk with people through pain, confusion, and life transitions—without forcing individuals to choose between faith and care.

Through donor support, the Foundation helps remove financial barriers, funds pastoral care sessions, and expands access to trusted, faith-based support for individuals, couples, teens, and families.

We believe pastors belong at the center of care.
And we exist to put them there—again.

Our Programs & Who We Serve

Pastor’s Heart Foundation serves people who need care and pastors who are called to give it.

We serve individuals and families who are walking through grief, stress, relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety, life transitions, or spiritual questions—and who want support that is rooted in faith, not detached from it.

We serve pastors by equipping and supporting them to provide Christ-centered care beyond the pulpit. Through donor-funded sessions and resources, pastors are able to walk alongside people who may not otherwise afford or access care.

We serve couples, teens, and young adults who need trusted guidance during critical seasons of life, helping them grow emotionally, spiritually, and relationally.

We serve communities by restoring pastoral care as a frontline support system—strengthening churches, families, and individuals from the inside out.

At our core, we exist so pastors can care for people—and people can receive the care they need, without barriers.

Pray with us

We believe prayer is not symbolic—it is essential. As Pastor’s Heart Foundation grows, we ask for prayer in these key areas:

Pray for pastors providing care
That they would have wisdom, strength, discernment, and spiritual covering as they walk with people through heavy and sensitive seasons.

Pray for those receiving care
That hearts would be open, healing would be real, and hope would be restored in individuals, couples, teens, and families seeking support.

Pray for provision
That God would continue to supply the financial resources needed to fund pastoral care sessions and remove barriers for those who cannot afford care.

Pray for integrity and protection
That the Foundation would operate with clarity, accountability, and faithfulness in every decision, partnership, and process.

Pray for impact
That pastoral care would once again be recognized as essential—not optional—and that communities would be strengthened through Christ-centered care.

Every prayer matters.
This work is spiritual, personal, and deeply needed.
