The Tebuho Mulala Foundation – Zambia (TMF–ZAMBIA) is a Christian, non-profit, faith-based Foundation founded in 2010 and officially registered in 2014. The foundation is dedicated to transforming lives and building sustainable communities across Zambia.

Rooted in Biblical values of compassion, stewardship, and justice, TMF–ZAMBIA exists to bring hope, restoration, and empowerment to vulnerable groups, including orphans, youths, widows, and the elderly.

Since its inception, TMF–ZAMBIA has expanded into a multi-sectoral foundation, addressing both the immediate needs of disadvantaged groups and the long-term development of Zambian communities.

Mission Statement

“To extend the love of Christ through practical acts of service by empowering orphans, youth, widows, and the aged with holistic support in education, health, nutrition, agriculture, and sustainable livelihoods, while spreading the Gospel through missions and outreach.”

Core Objectives

Provide nutritional and educational support to orphans and vulnerable children.

Empower youths through education, leadership development, sports, skills training, and entrepreneurship.

Support widows and the elderly with sustainable livelihoods and social protection.

Advance Christian missions and outreach, bringing hope and discipleship to underserved communities.

Address mental health and psychosocial needs in communities through counseling, awareness, and care.

Promote agriculture, food security, and microfinance projects as tools for poverty reduction.

Strengthen community resilience and capacity through innovative programs and partnerships.

1. Tebuho Children’s Fund – Scholarships, school supplies, and nutritional support for vulnerable children.

2. Youth Empowerment & Skills Training – Vocational training, entrepreneurship, and digital skills for youth.

3. Sports Academy for Youths – Promotes football, netball, athletics, golf, and other sports, using sports as a tool for mentorship and community development.

4. Widows’ Agricultural Empowerment – Inputs, training, and market access for widows to sustain their families.

5. Elderly Care & Dignity Program – Food packs, home-based care, and social inclusion for the aged.

6. Community Mental Health Initiative – Awareness campaigns, counseling services, and stigma reduction.

7. Nutrition & Feeding Programs – Meals for malnourished children and vulnerable households.

8. Agriculture for Sustainability – Inputs, training, and agribusiness support for household food security.

9. Microfinance & Small Business Support – Access to small loans and grants for women, widows, and youth entrepreneurs.

10. Leadership & Character Development Program – Training youth and community leaders in servant leadership and governance.

11. Library & Literacy Projects – Establishing community libraries and reading programs to promote education and literacy.

12. Missions & Evangelism Outreach – Gospel-centered humanitarian outreach, mission trips, and church partnerships.

13. Health & Dental Outreach – Free medical and dental services in rural and underserved communities.

14. Water & Sanitation Program – Access to clean water, boreholes, and hygiene education.

By 2030, TMF–ZAMBIA envisions reaching all 10 provinces of Zambia and scaling impact across Africa, with a focus on:

Establishing Tebuho Christian Academy for holistic, Christ-centered education.

Building Youth Training Centers to provide vocational and leadership skills.

Constructing Orphanages to give vulnerable children safe, nurturing homes.

Establishing Homes for the Aged to restore dignity to the elderly.

Launching Sports Academies in different provinces to nurture youth talent and discipline.

Setting up Christian Radio Stations to spread the Gospel and empower communities.

Building Community Libraries & Learning Hubs to foster education and innovation.

Expanding Microfinance Projects to empower women, widows, and youth-led businesses.

Developing Mental Health Resource Centers across districts.

Strengthening missions outreach in Zambian Provinces.
